Digital Video Production

In almost every area of our lives, we are affected by media, especially video. Students here at the Sullivan School are able to take a digital video production class offered through our after school programs. Television news, films, commercials, music videos, and documentaries are just a few examples. In this class, students have the opportunity to create a compelling and effective message using the medium of digital video.  They identify the steps and participants in the creative process and create three complete digital video productions.  Students assemble the elements  in a video editor and then copy their movie to CD.  Throughout this class, students are encouraged to experiment and develop a creative eye, while they also build their confidence and skill working with computer technology. This class can open doors to careers in advertising and marketing, entertainment, journalism, training, and education.
